How to Confirm that You’re Still Afraid of Heights — Waterfall-Style

Step One: Find a waterfall. Preferably one at least 250 feet tall.

Step Two: Frolic in the large pool that’s been carved out of the solid rock at the bottom.

Step Three: Take a solo trek up the path that leads to the top of the fall, then walk the bed of the creek that feeds the waterfall to its edge — and stop!

Step Four: Return to the pool far below to see if anything that involuntarily left your body in Step Three is floating there. 

Done!
